Buyers Beware! !!! This dealership is so deceptive, and all over the place, so disorganized, communication within the staff is horrible and customer service has been !!! This dealership is so deceptive, and all over the place, so disorganized, communication within the staff is horrible and customer service has been the worst I've seen. I Ordered a Ford Maverick in September 2022 from out of state as I was told the dealership offered delivery. Put my deposit and finally got an email from Ford that it was being built in December 2023. I got a text saying it will be at the dealership on 1/10/24 and I can purchase then. Turns out my salesman left and dealership gave me no communication about this nor was this ever explained even by management. Upon delivery of vehicle (12/28/23) I received a call from Bruce Tessness (I had no idea who this was nor did he explain anything) saying vehicle was delivered and I need to pick up by 1/2/24. I asked for the delivery option that I was promised and he turned in to a total jerk about the situation. I then received a call from my new salesperson (also never told to me who it would be) who was super nice and she offered to deliver the vehicle 1/2 way to me which was about 220 miles. Next morning Bruce calls again and yells at me accusing me of calling the sales person (who I didn't even know it was at this point) and trying to arrange delivery behind his back. At this point I never received any paperwork with final pricing so I asked for it. I got it from Bruce and it was very vague with no explanation of any charges they were adding. When I questioned this Bruce became even more of a jerk and I found out he was adding FACTORY INSTALLED options as being done by the dealership! Then I called the GM, Billy Wittmann, and left a message. Never got a call back, guess I shouldn't have expected one at this point. Then I got a call from another manager, Nick Nevels and he offered delivery 1/2 way for a few hundred dollars, which I was fine with. I told him I'd call back in 30 min with a date and time I can meet. He then had another sales person call me who was another total jerk that didn't even know the situation. I let him know I would finance with my bank and he said Nick will call back. Nick called back and said I needed to finance with them and if I want my bank to finance I'll have to refinance later. The truth came out by Bruce that they needed to sell the vehicle by 1/2/24 in order to report the year end earnings by Ford which is why they would not allow me to finance my vehicle with the bank of my choice. Needless to say instead of taking possession of the vehicle I customized and ordered a year and a half before, I asked for my deposit back as I would never give this dealership a cent! Also Google reviews show this has happened to multiple Maverick orders! More

W We submitted truck to Robert Horne Ford (RHF) in Apache Junction, AZ. Leak was fixed. In addition, we were told that the brakes needed replacement. Why the brakes were examined was not explained. Furthermore, in February 2023, we had a bumper to bumper inspection, including brakes, of our truck in MI before we left for AZ. No issues were found! At RHF we were told that “brakes would not support safe travel from AZ back to MI”. Fear stimulated us to approve the repair. Work was completed and cost $4,500. Parts that RHF removed were taken to our regular auto dealer in MI. After measurement of parts, they determined that repair at RHF was not necessary. We can document that repair was not needed. RHF did not and cannot document that repair was necessary. At best, we feel that RHF took complete advantage of our non-resident situation with unnecessary repairs and substantial expense, $4,500. Furthermore, RHF had our vehicle for four days and charged an outrageous $385 for an oil change. We have communicated to Robert Horne Ford. They stated that after internal discussion they would call us. Three weeks later they have not called. We conclude that they have no intention to correct this situation or even to negotiate. So, if you do use RHF, get physical proof that the repair is necessary before you approve. However, we strongly discourage anyone to use Robert Horne Ford for service! Your wallet and mental health will thank you! More

Nobody looked at it, Nobody came to me and talked to me about the situation. Real nice customer service!! I've always had my vehicles there for service. Not anymore , I won't be back!! More
I took my new Mustang to Horne after I had trouble with another dealership who insisted the driveline vibration was "my imagination" The service manager at the time, (2107) rode with me and immediately ag another dealership who insisted the driveline vibration was "my imagination" The service manager at the time, (2107) rode with me and immediately agreed with me that there was a lot of vibration. He said they have a device that helps to determine where the vibration comes from. I left the car there, and later that day he called me to say it was the two piece driveshaft, and that he had ordered a new one. They came and got me and I had the new driveshaft installed in less than a week. The last few times I have been to Horne for an oil change, it takes two hours or more to do it! The service assistant gal looked me in the eye and said in a nasty tone, "I told you two hours!" I did have an appointment as well. Not going again. I think the good service manager must have moved on. I had to say I would recommend Horne before I could post this! More
Worst service manager at at dealership period. Mike Bradley should not be representing Ford or this dealership. You don't investigate something that happens somewhere else and cause more damage b Mike Bradley should not be representing Ford or this dealership. You don't investigate something that happens somewhere else and cause more damage before it gets to the dealership as the service manager requested. Makes no sense.. Then he decides that it's not covered under the warranty after the damage was done from getting it there. Who hired this guy? More

I had asked several times before the vehicle arrived for a ball bark number to ensure I had all my finances set up. Received a message on June 09,2022 that the truck had arrived in Phoenix, Tuesday the 14th was told the vehicle had arrived at the dealership. I asked for the final numbers. The number was up by $2294 with the dealer adds. I told them I ordered the truck as is I did not want the dealer adds. Went round and round with Bruce who in my opinion is an idiot. Finally spoke with Ben the floor manager. He stated they had sell the vehicle with the adds and won’t sell with out them. I said the truck just arrived and there is no way they had time to have done anything. I received the same attitude as another customer was threatened with if I wasn’t happy they would just sell the vehicle. And the $500 deposit also wasn’t shown in the final price. Also had the same BS about the price change and Ford would be sending me the refund difference. I am not hopeful about this. Stay away from this dealership. Scamming not trust worthy would never recommend to anyone. More
