Michael, we were very disappointed with our scheduling and communication with your service dept. We had previously been very impressed with Logan as our service advisor and had over $5000 in work done to a truck and a car. We took our 2000 grand marquis in after waiting almost 3 weeks to get a day and time to match our needs, as it takes us 45 minutes to get to your dealership from where we live. We were told it might take days to get parts basically for one of the easiest and most common cars on the road. Four days went by without a word of communication.Took us two hours to talk to someone who even knew what was going on,then nothing but excuses and lies. We angrily picked up our car with dust sitting on it from your lot and realized nobody had even looked at it to assess repairs. Big O had it done in half a day with no fanfare and good communication. Basically you were way behind on service work and this was not communicated. We will not be back as it is a big inconvenience to deal with getting repairs done at your facility. Our suggestion is to reinstall Logan at your service counter.

I have always taken my Ford products (which I bought new) to a Ford dealer for service. That way I will always have a record of service on those vehicles. I was impressed by Horne Ford when they diagnosed the vibration (that Berge Ford said was in my "imagination") and promptly repaired it under warranty. My last several oil changes I have had done at Horne were a disappointment. Once it took four hours! After my complaint that day, you gave me the oil change for free. On the next oil change, the cheap Ford hollow lug nuts wouldn't come off and that took another four hours! The last time I came in with an appointment, and I told the service assistant that I was in somewhat of a hurry. After an hour and a half of watching your tech slowly puttering and talking to the other techs, I went back to the (female) service assistant, and she, with the desk side manner of Dr Kavorkian said, "I TOLD YOU TWO HOURS!" That kind of customer service will make most people go to another place for service.
