Not what I expected I had made an appointment for service. When I got there,I was told the appointment was only to see the service man not to take my car right away. He I had made an appointment for service. When I got there,I was told the appointment was only to see the service man not to take my car right away. He had to put my car in line for the service. Luckily it didn’t take long. I didn’t get my safety check sheet. I paid $150.00 for replacement key that had failed. I was changed $70.00 to have it keyed to the car. Which I feel should have been a customer service n/c . The key failed, was not a battery problem. Ford should have replaced it. Never asked if I wanted to get the car washed. Was it sanitized? Wasn’t told. Customerservice is failing. I trust this will be improved on. More

When I bought my car from San Tan Ford . I had a bunch of promises that were not fulfilled . Along with a girl named Ashley that told me my car wasn’t under warranty . I decided to take my car the Horne Ford and I was dealing with ROy Nolen. From the time I walked in I got a smiling face to greet me and perfect service to me and my vehicle. So kind and helpful. Every thing worked out great I really liked my salesman. Got a great deal on my truck. But to find out my salesman left the day after I purchased my truck. The only issue I had was the finance manager Hecto Got a great deal on my truck. But to find out my salesman left the day after I purchased my truck. The only issue I had was the finance manager Hector gave me desert financial as my loan And after talking to my credit union told me will do better interest rate. So the next day after I brought my down payment cashier check. And told Hector he said no problem he will put in for it. And said he will contact me. But he never did. Two weeks later desert financial contacted me for scheduled payments. I just don’t think Hector sent my request to sun west federal credit union. Which would have been in my best interest for the next 8 years. More

Absolutely the worst service department I’ve ever seen. I stupidly tried them for a second time for recap work and couldn’t pick up my car from them as was arranged days in advance because no one knew if it stupidly tried them for a second time for recap work and couldn’t pick up my car from them as was arranged days in advance because no one knew if it was done a 2hr job mind you owner and managers were worthless up until the moment I got the car fours later and the service guy said oh I must have forgot to call and tell them it’s done. So I was put a car for days for a 2hr recall they treated me and my wife like we were wrong and never once did anyone say sorry for their mistake. This was after telling me my car didn’t have a warranty when it actually did but once I got that all straightened out with ford it was 826 miles past so DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT More
