Brought truck in for repairs on 3 items. First item I knew what they told me was the problem couldn't be true beacause I had already checked this, but problem solved. Second item I was sold parts that didn't fix it, & after looking it up on the internet I found the truck was designed to do what it was doing & was denied any compensation for unnecessary part. Third item I had to return another 2 times to get the problem solved. Third time was the charm. The service adviser I was dealing with was obliging & polite but seemed to have a disconnect with the service technician. More
