Kyle was exceptional in everything from information regarding the vehicle to his willingness to meet my financing needs to buy my new Toyota Corolla. My wife and I bought at this dealership because of our sales person! To be honest the dealership was like all the rest but working with Kyle really made the experience different. I saved to buy my first truck for when I retired and decided to buy a Tacoma. Rochester Toyota had just the truck I wanted, but the price was too high. They gave me a price which was unbelievable and e decided to buy a Tacoma. Rochester Toyota had just the truck I wanted, but the price was too high. They gave me a price which was unbelievable and even allowed me extra money to buy accessories. The purchase price was way below sticker and all accessories (bed mat, rear step, roof rack, bed divider, and running boards) were given at a reduced price each, thus allowing me to get more than I expected for what I had saved. Sales personnel were unbelievably upfront about everything, once they understood what I wanted. When my wife and I picked up the Tacoma, both owners came to us to thank us for doing business with them and continued to talk with us at length like we were close friends. It was something else!
