My purchase was one of the most pleasurable experiance ever! This was my second purchase from Kyle Rugh (once at a prevous dealership) and my second (1st approx 15yrs ago) at this dealership. I pulled into the lot on a whim, just expecting to do a drive thru when I unexpectedly ran into Kyle. The rest is history! Kyle was like and old friend whom I will continue to trust and do biusness with! The staff at Rochester Toyota was also exceptional to me during and so after on my New Toyota purchase! My wife and I bought at this dealership because of our sales person! To be honest the dealership was like all the rest but working with Kyle really made the experience different. Kyle Rugh was patient, kn sales person! To be honest the dealership was like all the rest but working with Kyle really made the experience different. Kyle Rugh was patient, knowlegdeable and just simply a pleasure to work with. Spending 30k for a new car is a lot and dealing with dealerships can be stressful but Kyle really made my wife and I comfortable. I found my "car guy" and will continue buying from him for as long as he stays in the car business. More

I saved to buy my first truck for when I retired and decided to buy a Tacoma. Rochester Toyota had just the truck I wanted, but the price was too high. They gave me a price which was unbelievable and e decided to buy a Tacoma. Rochester Toyota had just the truck I wanted, but the price was too high. They gave me a price which was unbelievable and even allowed me extra money to buy accessories. The purchase price was way below sticker and all accessories (bed mat, rear step, roof rack, bed divider, and running boards) were given at a reduced price each, thus allowing me to get more than I expected for what I had saved. Sales personnel were unbelievably upfront about everything, once they understood what I wanted. When my wife and I picked up the Tacoma, both owners came to us to thank us for doing business with them and continued to talk with us at length like we were close friends. It was something else!
