I found the 2025 Explorer on the internet with the price I wanted. Talked to Teddy and asked for an out the door price which was exactly as expected. Drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealer for an internet price that was not honored in the final contract (3K over) what was advertised. The vehicle had 2k miles over the advertised mileage as well. The dealer never mentioned any of this and also knew that we had a commute for the vehicle. Wouldn't recommend unless you like false advertisement. More

They were never pushy in any way, and made the deal very easy; especially considering I was driving 4 hours to pick the car up. The car was in perfect condition when I arrived, and they got me in and out quickly, as they knew I was working on a tight schedule. I highly recommend them both and the dealership in general! More
2017 F350 Super Duty, dually. Received a call from Danielle 3/15/2023 confirming my appointment for a tire rotation/balance and alignment on 3/16. I asked, how long this was going to take, could I wait for it. At most, an hour I was told. Appointment was at 11am. I show up at 10:30am. Get checked in, spoke with John, I noticed the rear passenger outer tire was low again, which I've had the issue before, I just need a new stem/TPMS service kit. No problems. 2 hours later, John pokes his head in, stating they don't have the stem kit, they had to order it. It's going to take a while. Ok, what's awhile? Response was "it's going to be awhile, grab lunch". Mind you, we are at hour 2 of waiting for an hour service appointment. 3:00pm rolls around, we got the TPMS valve/stem installed, but we need a part to do the alignment, I don't know if we have it or what part we need. Do you still want the alignment? YES! Figure out what part you need and we can go from there. 3:55pm. We don't have the right part; we can order it and get it here tomorrow morning. After 5 hours of lack of communication and incompetence for routine maintenance, do you really think I was going to let you do anymore "service" to my truck? I received the standard, glazed overlook, "I'm sorry". And that was it. Then presented with $262 bill to rotate 2 front tires, install a TPMS service kit and balance 6 tires completed in 5 hours. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Rock Hill Ford for any service needs. More

She then connected me with Jennifer who sent me a walk around video of the truck I was interested in. After agreeing on a price, we arranged a time for me to drive down and complete the deal. Jennifer met with me on our agreed day and time and had the truck ready for a test drive. She was very pleasant to work with and efficient in getting the deal done. James completed the financing process and was also very friendly and efficient. It was well worth the drive to get a fair deal with a stress free process. Highly recommended. More
