I am so happy that I called Rock Hill Nissan as they were more accommodating than the other dealers. Jacques, the Service Manager, and his team were exceptional. I ended up saving quite a bit and avoiding the "Charleston Markup." They were an honest dealer and exceeded their commitments. A few days after picking up the NV3500 I noticed a few minor issues with the interior. Jacques coordinated with the parts department and ensured I didn't have to drive back to get the parts. Rock Hill Nissan will be the place I go when it comes to buy again! More
