We tried for a week to buy a car that was advertised online - we were fine with the price. Then, they added all this nonsense - lojack, pulse, dealer fee (that the advertised price said was included) - online - we were fine with the price. We said take that all out and we will buy the car for what you advertised it for. Suddenly, it needed $2500 in AC repairs (on a 2017 LEAF with 13K miles). Jokers. More

Absolutely an amazing visit. Darrell Bacon, Perry Flythe, Kia Hollis and the rest of Rock Hill Nissan came through huge once again. WARNING! Purchased a car on 11/1 of course they back dated it to 10/31, not a problem I thought. I was wrong I picked up the car 11/19 but to be fair they to Purchased a car on 11/1 of course they back dated it to 10/31, not a problem I thought. I was wrong I picked up the car 11/19 but to be fair they told me it was ready 11/15. I could not get to the dealership until 11/19 a Saturday. I was told the leather in the car could be repaired, it had some wrinkles and small holes. After I purchased the car, I received a call that it could not be repaired, it had to be replaced. But lucky me, they will split the cost with me...it cost me an extra $500. I asked for a purchase agreement to compare rates with my credit union. I get the information and the numbers do not add up. I guess I thought it was computer generated maybe not or I guess computers can make mistakes too... I get to the dealership on 11/19 the car looks like it has been in a fight...dirt and more scratches than I remember and enough leaves and debris under the hood to start a fire. I'm told they can wash it and re-apply the protective coating but they have several cars ahead of me. So we go to lunch more time wasted at this place! And I'm then told the coating only protects from bugs and tree sap type issues not from scratches or dings. I was told all their cars have it. What??? I paid ~$200 for bug off...Really. If you go here be on your A game (I was not, I had not purchased a car in ~5 years). Be Warned: 1) do NOT go near the end of the month 2) if a repair is needed make sure they verify with the dept doing the repair, get it in writing it can be repaired 3) Review your paperwork closely, take your calculator 4) do NOT give them any money until you are totally satisfied. Be prepared to walk away! This dealership lives up to the Used Car Salesman (person) reputation! Good Luck if you shop here! More
