I bought during Covid, and because I was in need of a car I didn’t push as hard as I should have with the salesmen that “helped” me. Feel like o got had by the salesmen and the closer with the miles and cond I didn’t push as hard as I should have with the salesmen that “helped” me. The first service rep I worked with ignored me for a couple months, so I would just show up and get whoever. I’ve lucked out getting Chris Osgood the last couple times. He is legit and on top of his knowledge and capability; however Honda and the overall dealership capabilities are poor. I scheduled a Recall Service a week in advance via the Honda / Rock Honda site, and the day i show up (7am appointment) Iam told in person that part is not available. The site will allow you to set up the appointment for the specific recall and say the dealership has the part to complete the job, but now I have to text ever week to see if the part is available so I can set up a time to come in and have it done. I’ve called the dealership in the past to ask for information or assistance, but get no follow up. Wish the warranty coverage I bought with my ear was transferable anywhere else, but Iam locked in at Rock Honda specific. More
