We service both of our cars here a few times a year and when we work with Chris in the service center, he always provides optimal service and takes care of us. I feel confident when I work with him that I know what is necessary for repairs, and he prepares us for what to expect on the next visit. Chris even took the time to help me connect my phone back to the car, when I had issues with the connectivity. Because of Chris, I give Rock Honda 5 stars. More
I have to echo anothere comment. I set appointments for regular service, show up early and have yet to get written up on time. Most times it's around an half an hour waiting but in my opinion it has been worth the wait. Just wish the 2016 Pilot wasn't such an unreliable vehicle. Two transmissions, two air conditioner compresors, 2 catalytic converters and 5 sets of fuel injectors all with vibrating/judder from the transmission that Honda "can't duplicate" or they blame on vibrating plastic. If it's just vibrating plastic why does my engine rpm increase and the economy indicator turn whit when it happens and immediately go back to normal when it stops? Good people, crappy cars. More
We love the dealership and a great experience with buying our car and service of getting something done was great. But the service time on servicing our vehicle was ridiculous. I had an appointment at 1:30 (I even got there a little early) and did not get out of there until almost 5. I waited for two hours for someone to write up a ticket and put in what we wanted. Why have an appointment if they are not going to adhere to getting it in t that time? More
