HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! THEY PUT A CAR ALARM SYSTEM IN AND IT KEPT GOING OFF.. TOOK IT BACK TO THEM NOT ONCE BUT 6 TIMES FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY CAN'T F SERVICE DEPARTMENT! THEY PUT A CAR ALARM SYSTEM IN AND IT KEPT GOING OFF.. TOOK IT BACK TO THEM NOT ONCE BUT 6 TIMES FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY CAN'T FIX IT AND THERE ISN'T ANYTHING THEY CAN DO EVEN THOUGH I AM FULLY PAYING FOR IT IN MY FINANCING, ROCK GONDA SUCKS I WILL NEVER GET A CAR HERE AGAIN!! These workers actually care about you and try to make sure you’re getting the best deal possible. A salesperson named Oly helped me out tremendously.
