I have been a loyal Rock Honda customer for 6 years so I decided to purchase a new car with them never will I do that again the sales man(a middle eastern gentleman) and his supervisor also middle eastern w decided to purchase a new car with them never will I do that again the sales man(a middle eastern gentleman) and his supervisor also middle eastern were beyond unprofessional and not at all helpful. I came in to purchase a 2020 Honda pilot that I had been looking at. First the salesman was trying his hardest to talk the car up i purchased a steel sapphire the salesman kept saying this color goes fast before his pitch I already I knew I wanted this specific car. My credit was good but not 6 years like they wanted so this is when they decided they DIDNT want to sell me my pilot or provide me with any incentives even though I qualified the salesman and his supervisor told me "why do you want such a big car you dont have kids and ur single you dont need it buy a civic" they kept pushing the issue to the point where i almost walked. Finally they said ok but would not take any money off. When i talked to a manager about this his response to me was "i will fill up ur tank with gas and that is just me being nice i dont have to do anything to make this situation right" More
