I purchased a new 1500 limited and Brandon was very helpful and worked hard to find me the exact truck I wanted. This didn't all happen in the same day. This was over a three week period. The first truck deal fell through because a sales person sold it when they went to pick the truck up. I was told it happens sometimes but he kept looking for another. With a new month came different incentives and Brandon showed me better opportunities with new incentives like he did the previous month. I was very satisfied with the sales service and deal I got on my trade in and this new truck because the limited was the original model I wanted but couldn't afford the payment the month before. If you are going into Rockland and don't have a sales person see if you can talk with Brandon he works hard and won't disappoint. More

The longer I've dealt with this dealership the worse the service has proven to be. Whether it be intentional deception or incompetence I've missed work due to a battery issue and now verified it was their service has proven to be. By far the worst service experience ever! Never addressed the issue. Decided to ignore it and just reset the check engine light and return the car to me without addressing the actual issue.
