Brendan took very good care of me. he kept me informed the issue was with Ram not having parts available to fix my truck. this was no fault of the dealer but a big problem with th he kept me informed the issue was with Ram not having parts available to fix my truck. this was no fault of the dealer but a big problem with the manufacturer taking a month to get my truck repaired was totally unacceptable! (again not the dealers fault ) if ram has a problem with this e-torque system they need to address it and get more service parts available so the dealership can assist customers. More
