i came to my complimentary oil change. service was great and fast. i had a battery issue (the battery is under 2 years old) and i was told that the battery its not under warranty. also, service was great and fast. i had a battery issue (the battery is under 2 years old) and i was told that the battery its not under warranty. also, my windshield wiper water is not working since day one(it's under dealer record) and i was told that its not under warranty because i took my time.... the dealer was very busy during the pandemic. Chris Saya and Jermain were outstanding! They were very helpful and courteous. One thing I need to point out is that the car inspection was not done properly. It had chips in the steering w They were very helpful and courteous. One thing I need to point out is that the car inspection was not done properly. It had chips in the steering wheel and a crack is the windshield. I know this will get fixed eventually but it will affect my time going to the dealer etc etc. Other than that, all good.
