Bought a $100k Truck only to have it scratched while having the bed lined. Managment took no responsibility for the lack of care while in their facility or the fact that they damaged it. When the truck was delivered it had food crumbs, fingerprints and footprints in it. You would think that when someone is paying a large amount of money for a vehicle you would be treated like a VIP. I was nickeled and dimed at every discussion about problems, delays and damage. In my opinion the customer is not number one and the experience left extremely disappointed. the least that could have been done is to show appreciation instead you get excuses and arguments. Shop around would be my suggestion. I don't need a canned response from the dealership i need action! More

I least a ram1500 from Chrysler, and it was a very nice experience with the staff, finally my lease was up and decided to purchase it out. Because leasing another vehicle was very expensive the price for t experience with the staff, finally my lease was up and decided to purchase it out.
