Made an appointment for a specific engine error code and no one looked at the car for the first day. When diagnosed , I was told it nots covered under my certified pre owned warranty. I disputed this and re no one looked at the car for the first day. When diagnosed , I was told it nots covered under my certified pre owned warranty. I disputed this and refused repair. I called the warrantee center and they suggested to have the dealership appeal the warrantee denial. I called mr. Ali and left him a message about this appeal. He never called back. I bought 4 cars there in the past 2 1/2 years. You can guarantee I will be going other places for my auto needs. More

I purchase my car at Eastchester Chrysler in the Bronx call turn it off for me and I’ll call Chrysler to one company they said take it to the nearest Chrysler dealer I have a 2022 summit or $72,000. Rockl call turn it off for me and I’ll call Chrysler to one company they said take it to the nearest Chrysler dealer I have a 2022 summit or $72,000. Rockland Chrysler refuse to give me a loaner car due to fact, I did not purchase a car by them unethical in my eyes. I was told to take the car there due to fact that the car would not start it been week and a half and my car still not ready. Kevin from Chrysler in Rockland is doing OK by me.. it’s hurtful to see that Rockland Chrysler did that to me concerning a loaner car so I’m gonna rent a car at this moment and Chrysler is paying $50 per day. I have to pay $60 per day. I’m coming out of a Lexus 500 to a Chrysler where if your car break down in Chicago and you bought your car from the Bronx you might can I get a loaner car that is insane policy please for the next person that has these issues similar to mine fix that ,that’s horrible business More
