Really Chris? FINALLY, On Jan 30, 2019, THREE MONTHS AFTER MY PURCHASE, you finally gave me a tracking # for the accessories you said you would ship to me. I made it clear that I would have the key programmed at a dealer closer to my home. The package contained only the door sill protectors, not the spare key. I sent 2 emails to follow up. Still nothing. Last email I sent to you, specifically about the extra key was sent on Feb. 7.

Yesterday afternoon the Service Manager called me. We spoke and I reported to him all the issues that I had. He assured me that the advisor will call the Insurance Company and get the paperwork that I need for the claim. By the evening, I got a call from John telling me that the Insurance issue was resolved and that he had all the paperwork ready for me. I went in today, paid the bill and picked up the breakdown of the repairs, the service history of the vehicle and everything seemed resolved. However, the Manager called me with a special request, for me to amend my original rating. Every goodwill intentions went down. I hope that things will change going forward for this Service Dept. I understand the Sales Department is impeccable and excellent service, but my experience with the Service Dept. this time around has not been good. I hope for the best. Thank you.

The issues have been resolved. The Service Manager and I had open communication via email about the problems with the paperwork and the vehicle. Hopefully, we are moving forward with this. I understand there is room for improvement, The Dealership has been a hallmark of excellence in the community and there is no need to have that image damaged by one employee and a customer not having communicated well. The lesson learned by all is that communication and going an extra mile to help a client goes a long way. Thank you for your service.
