Brought in jeep for a noise. Jeep sat at service center for a week before anyone looked at it. Was told my 2017 wrangler with 36,000 miles needed a new transmission. No loaner c Jeep sat at service center for a week before anyone looked at it. Was told my 2017 wrangler with 36,000 miles needed a new transmission. No loaner cars available. Then had to wait for a new transmission. Took 46 days. I called numerous times requesting a loaner car. They never had one. Called numerous times requesting an update. Left voicemails. Rarely received return phone call. I asked when the car was getting repaired can they inspect the car. Was told no problem. When I picked up the car it was not inspected. I was just handed the keys with no conversation of what warranty I have on the major repair. I told them I was dissatisfied with the service and that I needed a new transmission after 36k miles seems unreasonable. No loaner car for 46 days. I was told on Friday the car will be ready in a few hours. Taking it off the lift then they would wash it. He will call me when it's ready. He never called me back. So I went another weekend without the car. I called on Monday and was told yea I'm sorry I forgot to call you back. I suggested that I receive some complimentary oil changes. I was told "what makes you think you deserve something for free". I asked to speak to the manager. He was in a meeting. And I was told he would call me. He never called. More

Very bad whats going on. Rockland charged msrp which is standard today. Others are over and few are under. Get the cars on the lot people! More
