I would appreciate if you can improve the services for your customers and especially for those who do not have two cars and your place do not offer a temporary car if the car stays with you for more than a day in your shop. It would be a good thing if when making an appointment and especially when making the appointment a few weeks in advance, the shop should start working on the car when the car arrives, and if the shop cannot start the work on time, And the costumer does not want to leave the car for a few days without working on it, it should be on option to give for the costumer a ticket number and call him an hour or two before the time for this ticket number comes up, so he will bring in the car for the work being done, and not to be offered to reschedule the appointment if someone do not want to leave the car with you for a few days.
