They let us look, question, test drive & just feel comfortable & secure in our wanting to do business with them. After our first "checking it all out visit", Jeremy followed up with a phone call two days later, and made an appointment for us to come in again to chat and look at our options. No pressure, no games, no nonsense ! We DID end up getting a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 36 month lease, and are very satisfied and at peace with our dealings with Jerermy and this company !! -- We traded in our other vehicle; and along with that and sincere, honest & aggressive dealings on their end, we all ended up winners on our purchase transactions.
