Came here to pickup some parts for my Jeep. He was standing there waiving his arms repeatedly using the N-word and profanity. With everything going on in the world right now...seriously? I found it highly offensive, unprofessional and extremely disgraceful. I did not feel comfortable at all standing at that counter waiting for my parts and just wanted to get out of there. When I got home I went on the company website to see if I could find who the employee was. It was the parts manager Ed Kennedy. I’ve tried multiple times trying to contact the dealers owner about it but always get the runaround, some general voicemail box or conveniently disconnected. Whoever owns this dealership seems to be absent or just doesn’t care at all. I am appalled they would let this happen let alone from someone in a management position! It makes me sick to my stomach the more I think about it. I felt so uncomfortable I never want to set foot in this place again! Next time I need parts or anything for my Jeep I will gladly drive the extra half hour to Jersey More

New car sold with hole in the tire. Prepped by finance manager. No run through of how to use the technology. Expensive new minivan parked behind our other car with a flat tire. In April I took my Jeep in because the remote starter was not working after eight days I got the car back. They had called said it me while it was there said it needed brakes I said I had just had braHe’s pu not working after eight days I got the car back. Now I have the exAct same problem with remote I called spoke to a women who would not give me her name she raised her voice at me when I asked if I would have to pay again for the same problem she answered I would be charged for a diagnostic testing. I called sales told the gentleman I had problem with the lady he apologized said he would transfer my call to the service manager he did not answer then the sales person again apologized and said he would give the manger Bill My number he still has not called a day later. I literally visit 7 dealerships within the past 2 months in attempts to find the right vehicle and fair deal. Needless to say, every single dealership I went to practiced unethical sales tactics. I have been ripped off once before and have since educated myself to avoid being food for the sharks that lurk at many dealerships (cough:Hyundai). Nevertheless, I read the reviews about this dealership and decided to contact them to inquire about a RAM 1500 Limited. That was the BEST decision I made all year! The sales team and financial management are beyond professional and go out of their way to provide premium level customer service. The finance manager Ken Cestero was superb in following up on my inquiry about the RAM. He priced the vehicle so well that i had to pause to wonder if it was too good to be true! He is a man of his word and was extremely transparent all the way. Ken put me on to my salesman Mr. Oliver Mcintyre. Oliver was an absolute joy to work with!!!! He was transparent, fair, professional, courteous and highly thoughtful! He went the extra mile to ensure a smooth transition from conception to completion of deal, even ensuring that the vehicle was given to me in prestine condition. Last but not least, the business manager Mr. Michael Slapp was also extremely professional, patient and transparent! This was the smoothest lease transaction I have ever experienced! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free environment where you are treated as a valued customer. *Please keep in mind, I visited and test drove a BMW X5. Not only did this dealership offer better customer service, they also offered a better product and an even better deal! My daughters car went in for service on 10/25 and they did her normal service (oil change etc) they replaced If I could give them zero stars I would. My daughters car went in for service on 10/25 and they did her normal service (oil change etc) they replaced the tires as they said they needed to be changed and also did a wheel alignment. We got the car back and it started to pull so I guess the wheel alignment wasn't done or was done incorrectly (Charge $ 1,328). We brought it back just a couple of weeks later as she noticed her transmission was not shifting right. That was covered that repair under warranty (total cost $ 108) but they found other thing wrong with her car less than a month later!! They said her radiator was leaking and that need to be replaced as well as all of the hoses and we needed to do a tuneup and they said that a wire was eaten by a rodent so that needed to be replaced as well (Total cost $ 1,834). I will never ever go to this dealership ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm done with Dodge Jeep Ram in Nanuet. More
