Then we made agreement for purchase, drove 4 hours there with check in hand ready to go, after I get there they said they had to do walk around n get my miles. Came back in and wanted to offer me less then what we agreed upon. After I told them everything that was wrong with vehicle. Basically they got me down there to low ball me on my trade in. Worst part is we AGREED on trade in and I had check in hand ready to go. I wouldn’t buy here. More

Thieves and liars Took my car to rockland cjdr because of a faulty sunroof gasket. I thought it would have been covered by my aftermarket warranty. It wasn’t. However, they would not release my car to me unless I paid a $150 “diagnostic fee”, which I was not told about when I dropped it off . They didn’t diagnose anything since I told them the problem. They didn’t do anything to my car. No technician or mechanic touched it. On top of this, they are liars. They tried to sell me on an over $800 job, claiming I’d have to replace the entire glass because the gasket isn’t sold separately. I googled 2013 Dodge Durango sunroof gasket. You know what I found all over the place ? The gasket ! Sold separately ! So, not only are they thieves for holding my car hostage unless I paid a fee for them not doing anything, they are liars because they said I’d have to pay for a much more expensive job than necessary. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More

We have been loyal Rockland Jeep customers for the last several years and have not had a problem with them u I would not recommend this dealership. His customer service, lacks. I could write a page here about the terrible experience we had. Eventually the two payments that were due to us were made. Unfortunately I no longer have trust in this dealership. I will never recommend this dealership to others and I will bring my business elsewhere. More
