My wife and I went to the dealership looking to lease. Barry helped us. He explained the various options on the models the dealership had. He was very friendly and patient. During the pricing phase, I had very many questions regarding the different dimensions of the transaction: lease vs buy, what is the residual value, what are the various monthly payments at different down payments. Barry was very thorough in presenting several options to let us pick what was right for us. At no time did we feel pressured to take any specific option or deal. He seemed to want us to feel satisfied regardless of whether he made a sale. We did end up making a deal and leased a vehicle. We also worked with Dante to finalize all of the financials. He was efficient and direct. Our paperwork was processed quickly and carefully. And he took the time to answer any of our remaining questions. BOTTOM LINE: I leased. And I would recommend this dealership to a friend. More

I was upside-down on my current loan (owed more than the car was worth) and no dealer was able to help me out. I saw a commercial for Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on TV and thought I would give it a sh car was worth) and no dealer was able to help me out. I saw a commercial for Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on TV and thought I would give it a shot. Well, never in my life have I ever (and I do mean ever) had such a wonderful experience in a car dealership. Barry actually listened to me and assessed my needs. He was able to work with management to buy my vehicle and put me into a new vehicle for less than what I was paying on my current loan. Granted, I am now leasing but the purchase option was just as attractive. At this point in my life it just made more sense to lease. I love my new Chrysler 200 and I get so many compliments on it. The best part was buying the car. Barry made it so easy and there was absolutely NO pressure at all. After showing me the numbers on paper I would have had to have been a fool not to jump on this deal. I really want to thank Barry and all of the people at Rockland CJDR for making this such a pleasurable experience. If you are in a bind, need help or just want to shop for a new car. Please go see Barry Rosenwasser and let him help you the same way he helped me. I am the first person to complain about lousy service and I am often very surprised when I get good service. Well let me just say that I was so very pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I highly recommend RCJDR. The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 for quality of work is for two reasons. The first reason was that a few hours after I brought the vehicle home, I realized that I didn't have the insurance card fr work is for two reasons. The first reason was that a few hours after I brought the vehicle home, I realized that I didn't have the insurance card from my insurance company. Neither the salesman or finance mgr. didn't mention it at all when I picked up the car. I had my insurance broker fax me the insurance card to my work fax machine the following day. The second reason that I gave a 4 out of 5 for quality of work is that there was a small grease stain on the driver's seat and since the detailing shop had gone home for the day, the salesman didn't know what to use to get the stain out except for a damp cloth. In addition, I discovered another very small stain in the interior near the driver's side window. I also was annoyed that my brand new car was parked on top of a big grease stain behind the dealership. I can not believe they couldn't find a clean spot to park the car after they spent time prepping it. That's just common sense! More
