I dealt solely with Don Smith almost entirely via phone. I was looking in the Tri-State area for an AWD Charger, which was not available in my area of New Jersey. He recommended I contact Derrick and ask for his help to find my Jeep Grand Cherokee, so I jumped at the chance because he has spoken so well about him. Derrick got back to me with the exact vehicle I wanted within a day (on Friday). I came into the dealership on Monday to have my trade-in car appraised and to see the Jeep that was available for me. Derrick thoroughly went through every possible option the car had while we took it for a test drive. He was EXTREMELY helpful. When we returned to the dealership, the price had been worked out for my trade-in and for the new vehicle. I received a very great price for both! Jay helped to approve my loan quickly and I was able to take my new vehicle home that day. Derrick showed me where to bring my vehicle for my free oil changes.
