This is the second car I purchased from Derrick Brickhouse and Rockland Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and most times felt pressured or rushed. I bought my first truck from Don and it was a Power Wagon. I loved that truck and Don work with me and was very patient. He did not push me and it was going to be the truck or a new jeep. When I realized I could afford the Power Wagon, I went with it. Don was working up the numbers for the jeep and the truck while I was trying to make my decision. The numbers for the jeep was involved because I was going to lift it up and put larger tires on it. I went back and forth for a number of days and he just smiled and kept working for me. Very rare when you get the feeling that a salesman is working for you. After a little over a year I decided that the truck was just too big. So I returned to the dealership and would only talk to Don. I asked if I could trade in my Power Wagon and buy a new Jeep Wrangler with the lift kit and the bibber tires. I laughed when he jumped right into getting the numbers and the info I needed. He worked with the parts department to get the numbers I needed. I wanted to go with 35" tires and a 2" lift kit. Don and the parts department figured out that it would not work with the big tires because there was not enough clearance. We changed to 33" tires that would work and it looks great. The service department did a great job installing the parts and the dealership offered me a loaner car for the duration of the work. Not only would I recommend and have recommended Don Smith to help anyone get into the car they want ( and I have always wanted that jeep since I was a kid). I will also recommend the dealership and the service department for the excellent work they do. Thanks from a satisfied and loyal customer. When I am ready, I will return to get the Challenger SRT.
