I am writing in regards to my recent experience with this Jeep Service Department. Marco was the main service advisor that I dealt with after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. Marco dealt with me from the day my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed into the dealership lot (with a considerable amount of damage). He was courteous, helpful, understanding and patient. Marco had to deal with me, his service department personnell and also BOTH insurance company appraisers !! Marco was the "man in the middle" of all of these confusing aspects, demands and discrepancies. Additionally, I dealt with Andres who fielded my calls & questions when Marco was unavailable; & who was a wonderful right hand man !! Both of these employees were fabulous !! I would not have asked for anything more out of either of these gentlemen . . . And when all was finally said and done, I was accomodated with a washing and cleaning of my wonderfully repaired vehicle - (which was better than new!) I was very please with the service, accomodations and treatment; & would recommend this dealership, and these employees to anyone ! I had been looking around for a new vechile for about a month or so and wasn't sure of what I really wanted. So,I test drove a view different vehicles (nissian murrano,toyota venza,chevy traverse etc.) and month or so and wasn't sure of what I really wanted. So,I test drove a view different vehicles (nissian murrano,toyota venza,chevy traverse etc.) and I found that what I really liked the most was the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Although, I leave in Westchester I drove over to Nanuet to check out this dealership and was so glad that I did. I found out about them from the internet because the jeep dealships in my area weren't helpful and didn't have what I was looking for. The dealership wasn't even opened yet but did have the jeep I was looking for. Aaron Davis happened to be at work early and came right over to my husband and myself and asked us if we needed any help. He new so much about the jeep and answered all of our questions. We them took the jeep for a ride and after making a few minor changes decided to purchase it. I couldn't of hoped for a better experience from a dealship. Not even a day later I broke the antenna on the jeep backing up into my garage my husband called Aaron. He brought the jeep right over and it was fixed the same day. Again, I am so happy I bought the jeep from Aaron and would highly recommend him as a salesman to my friends and family. More

By the time I contacted Rockland Chrystler, Jeep, Dodge, I knew exactly what car I wanted to buy because I had already dealt with three other dealerships about it. All three previous deals were made, then fell through due to unprofessionalism by the salesman or manager (in my opinion). There was no such problem in Rockland. From my first contact with Walter, 'til he sent me on my way with my new Challenger, he was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Also, he got me a great price. I received quotes as much as $4,000 higher for the same exact car than the price that Walter got me. In addition, Dante, the finance specialist, got me a great loan. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of my dealings with Rockland Chrystler, Jeep, Dodge; especially my salesman, Walter. In fact, there are many dealerships closer to my home than Rockland, but I chose to do business with them, and am very glad I did. More

I dreaded going to get a new vehicle, expecting to get high pressure lies thrown at me from every direction. I cannot honestly give a review of "quality of work", only because I have not yet had my new vehicle serviced. I was introduced to the service manager and it appeared he had a very professional shop under his control. I will be going there for service. We priced the vehicle online (with all our chosen options included) from various sources and went to the dealership with the lowest price (USAA). He was knowledgeable, personable and shared our passion for Jeeps making the whole process a fun and pleasant (no haggle) car buying experience. Jay Murali went out of his way to get us several options for financing so that the rate and terms were exactly what we wanted. He also presented but did not push possible "dealer add-ons" so we could make our choices without feeling pressure. Because the staff was NOT pushy we were more willing to consider purchasing some. We are looking forward to a continuing relationship with Barry and the service dept. More
