Our experience with this dealership was great. We were just "looking" on a Saturday, and we weren't mobbed at the door to try and sell us a car. We eventually liked the Jeep Grand Cherokee, and asked Johnny to go over pricing, how much they'd give me for my trade-in, etc. They were able to give me what I wanted on my trade in and get the price where we wanted. Johnny was great to deal with. They were able to get us out with the car the same day we made our deal. Dante Odoardi was also great when it came to the final signing of everything. He told us what warranties were available and did not push us at all to get us to take anything we weren't comfortable getting. Have had bad experiences at the final signing at other dealerships in the past, but this went smooth, no problems. Would definitely buy from them again, and would recommend to anyone who asks me. Had taken my Town & Country to Rockland Chrysler for repairs for a couple of years after bad experiences with Paramus Chrysler. Went in after doing my homework to purchase a 2012 Town & Country. Barry Rosenwasser the sales associate was very friendly and professional. Their finance manager Dante was also very professional and friendly. We struck a fair deal for my trade and on the price of the car within an hour. Dante also was able to secure loan rates that were very competitive. When I went to pick up the car the process was very organized. Barry gave me a detailed overview of the vehicle explaining all of the features which were extensive on the Touring - L. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience with Barry. The only thing I'm dissatisfied in general with all dealerships is the markup they attempt on extended warranties. I was able to secure the same Chrysler warranty online for 50% of the price offered after I returned home with the vehicle More
