Service dept is awful. Brought car in twice and was never looked at, no call to even say they didn't look at it. Had an appt on a Wednesday, looked at it on Thurs and said Brought car in twice and was never looked at, no call to even say they didn't look at it. Had an appt on a Wednesday, looked at it on Thurs and said they had the part in stock, they didn't start the work until Fri. They did not have the part. So now I was without a car Labor Day weekend and they would not even give me a loaner vehicle. More
