Lack of communication, wouldn’t return phone calls or emails.- had to call my salesman to find information. No loaner vehicle was provided for over a month of not having my vehicle. Misinformation const emails.- had to call my salesman to find information. No loaner vehicle was provided for over a month of not having my vehicle. Misinformation constantly- wrong pictures of vehicle sent. Was told one week that vehicle was being worked on and to find out the next week they hadn’t even started. “Couldn’t find parts” so I had to call other service departments and find them myself. More

Purchased a 2021 pre certified Grand Cherokee with in one month needed brakes and rotors! Vehicle has only 21,000 miles shouldn’t have needed brakes. Well they didn’t cover it they gave me a really stupid an month needed brakes and rotors! Vehicle has only 21,000 miles shouldn’t have needed brakes. Well they didn’t cover it they gave me a really stupid answer! Saying I drove with my foot on the brake pedal! For 2000 miles!they should have fixed the brakes. Now I’m spending another $1000 for repair. I’m inquiring about the used car lemon law. Have to speak to my lawyer. The owners son really thought I was an idiot the excuses he gave me. Needless to say this company is terrible. Will not recommend to anyone. Can’t even give them one star,I’ll give the a minus 5 star! More
