Very disappointed with your service, had pre owned grand Cherokee one month rotors needed to be repaired! They gave me a really stupid answer why they weren’t covered! Said that I must have driven 2,000 miles with my foot on the brake!! Give me a brake ! They don’t stand by they certified cars.!!!

Service advisor was great, but 2 hours to wait for an Express Line oil change & tire rotation is excessive. Other 'express' oil change businesses can change oil in 20 minutes. More
