Kevin was good. The bureaucracy of Jeep is a problem. He was informed to tell me that the spare tire delete kit, that was professionally installed, was responsible f The bureaucracy of Jeep is a problem. He was informed to tell me that the spare tire delete kit, that was professionally installed, was responsible for music/sound not be transmitted from head unit to speakers. Ridiculous. Can’t find this anywhere on line. It’s a problem with the amp, jeep won’t fix under warranty because of the delete kit. Told I have to pay $600 to put spare tire carrier back on, and replace wire that WASN’T damaged, somehow that will fix problem. See 100’s of jeeps with this delete kit. All of them have this issue? Again I find that very hard to believe. Not on any forum or service center site. More
