Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

i came to my complimentary oil change. service was great and fast. i had a battery issue (the battery is under 2 years old) and i was told that the battery its not under warranty. also, service was great and fast. i had a battery issue (the battery is under 2 years old) and i was told that the battery its not under warranty. also, my windshield wiper water is not working since day one(it's under dealer record) and i was told that its not under warranty because i took my time.... the dealer was very busy during the pandemic. THIS IS MY THIRD RAM AND THE LAST RAM. I WILL GO BACK TO FORD PICKUP. More

Service was good, Time waiting was a bit much. I would prefer to just schedule a time I can come in to have the Truck serviced. Pulling up and taking me right away is not but then to sit and wait I would prefer to just schedule a time I can come in to have the Truck serviced. Pulling up and taking me right away is not but then to sit and wait for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is difficult to plan your day around. An appointment would be better for me. More
