Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

My complaint is with management. I assume my oil was changed and tire rotated but I got the Jeep back with 2 dents in the hood that match up to the roof of the Jeep. I confronted the service rep who is a nice guy, he spoke with his manager and they would review the security tape. They didn’t get back to me for over a week. Still waiting to see the tape. General manager has not gotten back to me after a message was left last week. I don’t understand how a Jeep dealership can conduct themselves this way. I’m giving them till Monday before I go crazy on Social Media. More
