The service department is nice and courteous, however everytime I get my car serviced here, I never have my car returned with a courtesy car wash. BMW, Benz and Hyundai all retuned my cars with courtesy everytime I get my car serviced here, I never have my car returned with a courtesy car wash. I think that strongly needs to be asked and done for your customers who spend their hard earned money at your establishment. Besides that, the waiting room is nice and the refreshments are good. Got there for my first service. It was prompt. Had a coffee and granola bar while i waited. The only issue is the TV doesn’t change channels and the cashier is always on persona It was prompt. Terrible service. Allen St. Germain should not be managing the shop. I would like to know if my warranty & free oil changes are valid at another Jeep Dealer. I was not pleased. Upon checking my car the issues I explained I was experiencing Tommy said it sounds like a transmission problem. They did oil change and tire rotation, plus look at my radio first to give me a bill. Then add to it I have a transmission problem that would cost me 12k to fix. If I have such a big problem why do anything else? They should have call me and tell me their findings and ask if I want oil change, tire rotation etc. That is not how you do honest business... that is making money from customers in a dishonest act. I will never buy a jeep again or recommend anyone More
