I was not pleased. Upon checking my car the issues I explained I was experiencing Tommy said it sounds like a transmission problem. They did oil change and tire rotati Upon checking my car the issues I explained I was experiencing Tommy said it sounds like a transmission problem. They did oil change and tire rotation, plus look at my radio first to give me a bill. Then add to it I have a transmission problem that would cost me 12k to fix. If I have such a big problem why do anything else? They should have call me and tell me their findings and ask if I want oil change, tire rotation etc. That is not how you do honest business... that is making money from customers in a dishonest act. I will never buy a jeep again or recommend anyone More

It’s always the worse experience coming here at rockland. I never leave satisfied! This is the third time they messed up the job or made it worse. I left with the same problem and even worse.
