The worst service I ever experienced. I was excited to see new ownership. Now you just need a new service team. No follow-up or calls returned. I spoke to 5 different associates. I would I was excited to see new ownership. Now you just need a new service team. No follow-up or calls returned. I spoke to 5 different associates. I would recommend Tasca in White Plains. I have a fleet of 34 vans , brought one in with a defective coolant tank , put a piece of tape over crack , service then claimed it was not covered and attempted to price gauge by adding items not needed. They had to be told from regional manager that they were wrong and to complete repair. I will not be going back to this location. I was also in the market for a new vehicle 70k plus that I will be purchasing elsewhere. More
