I took my Renegade in for a regular oil change on Wednesday, 1/25 at 9:30am and was told it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. I took an Uber home about 2 hours later when I realized it was Wednesday, 1/25 at 9:30am and was told it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. I took an Uber home about 2 hours later when I realized it was going to take much longer than that. I eventually got a message that I would need 4 new tires, a new cabin and engine air filter, new brakes and new lugs. I tried calling and texting for the rest of the day to discuss and received no response. I called, texted and left messages the next morning without any response. I finally tracked down Allan around 10:30am on Thursday, 1/26 and we agreed to the new tires, air filters and front brakes those were the most urgent. The lugs were not going to be available until the next day. I had a doctor's appointment the next day at 8am and I have no other means of transportation. I made it clear I needed by car by the end of the day. I also told Allan that I expected the Renegade to be at the front of the line since they'd had my car for 24 hours at that point. I texted Allan to let him know that I would be ordering an uber to pick up my car around 4pm. He said it would be ready by 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:30pm and my car was still not ready. I finally drove off the lot at 5:30pm on Thursday, 1/26 after an oil change, 4 new tires and 2 air filters. They didn't do the brakes. It took 2 days to do an oil change, 4 new tires and 2 air filters. As soon as I drove off the parking lot I heard a whistling sound and knew they had messed something up when they installed the air filters. However, because it was the end of the day and I had a doctor's appointment at 8am the next morning, I could not go back to have it checked out. I've had doctor's appointments almost every day since and haven't had a chance to take it back in. All I know is that I dread having to deal with the Service department again. I'm looking to see when I have a couple of days without a car because I anticipate it will take that long to figure out what they messed up. More

We waited over 3 weeks for an appointment. No follow up calls to let us know status. Many mixed messages when car would be serviced and reasons for delay.
