Good evening, my vehicle (2013 Ram 1500), last 8 numbers of vin#DS671961 was in the service department since 4/6/2021 and I have not received my vehicle back at the current time. I have not been accommodated or compensated in anyway. My service advisor is Mr. Kevin Leahy that have been helpful but went on vacation and no one took his place to move forward in this process. I have reached out to my warranty company and the representative stated that they reached out to the service department on 4/16/2021 and Mr. Kevin was on vacation and no one responded back with any information to proceed with this matter, that is unacceptable. I have been extremely patient. If I was purchasing a vehicle, would I have to wait for Mr. Kevin to return to make that purchase? I think not.. I have called off work, wore my carpooling welcome out due to no compensation. Today 5/14/2021 I called Mr. Kevin (from the service department) and Mr. Andy (from the warranty company) to get this matter resolve, the problem is my vehicle have been in the service department for 38 days and counting. How do I accept not having a vehicle for all this time and still have to pay $2,000 out of my pocket to the service department because of the time that they waisted because of 1 employee went on vacation (the only employee Mr. Kevin that helped me). How could I not be frustrated with poor service toward me. More

I was told that i wiuld be covered under warranty for my service and when my wife brought my Jeep Compass in they said it would be $860.00. I thought that was not right.
