I was glad to get an appointment before Christmas. I was told that a shuttle was available to go to my place of work, which they were able to do. I told them exactly what was wrong and that if possibl I was told that a shuttle was available to go to my place of work, which they were able to do. I was called and told my concerns were confirmed and that it should Be able to be done by end of day (at noon). At 2pm, I called to check status and was told that the part had to be ordered and it would be done tomorrow. I was then told I would not be able to get a shuttle back. I had to Uber back to dealership at 3:20 to be told I had to pay for part and service and that part would Be coming from warehouse and the date of arrival would be unknown. Was told my Jeep would be okay to take home though. I paid for diagnostic and for parts. Got in jeep at 4pm to find other issue (headlight replacement) had not been done. So I had $1000 (with Uber) to be told three different things, for no work to be done and to be late with no idea when any service would be performed. More
