Furthermore, other dealership departments made sure my experience was both comfortable and accommodating, including the sales (offered me workspace) and the IT department (fixed the customer WiFi router). I Dealt with Anthony and my experience was HORRIBLE! !! I left my 2014 Cherokee for work and to begin with the vehicle was there for a couple of weeks. While I could deal with that under the circumstance !! I left my 2014 Cherokee for work and to begin with the vehicle was there for a couple of weeks. While I could deal with that under the circumstances what I could not deal with was the total lack of communication as I left him several messages for an update and NEVER received a return call until the vehicle was done. Unfortunately I could not pick it up when it was done and got a call from Anthony Duke later that day asking when I could pick it up. I told him I could pick it up the next morning and when I arrived the next morning I had to wait for half an hour because it was not done. I was told they had looked further into a complaint I had and were waiting for approval which I wound up not giving because of the terrible service I received. If it were possible I would give ZERO STARS. More

This is my 4th lease with Rockland Jeep & because they’ve been great is the reason I’m always willing to travel over the TZ for maintenance services.
