My car was towed to be serviced on Thur, Sept 8th for a blown tire Mr Leahy took the car. I had to rent a that day "dealership had no loaners" according to Mr. Leahy my tire was there Friday Sept 9, then Sat Sept 10th Mr. Leahy was out and Brandon service adviser who was extremely rude told me my car "might" be ready MondaySept 12 because they didn't have the tire. Basically he never checked. causing me the financial to pay a rental 3 days more than I needed to. Monday Sept 12, I spoke in person to the Store Manager who assured me if I sent him the bill for rental he would take care of it. Now Mr. Pearlmutter is ignoring the issue and refuses to reimburse me for the car will not respond to emails or calls. They take your $$ at point of sale then GOOD LUCK!! to you...Mary More

Made an appointment for a specific engine error code and no one looked at the car for the first day. When diagnosed , I was told it nots covered under my certified pre owned warranty. I called the warrantee center and they suggested to have the dealership appeal the warrantee denial. I called mr. Ali and left him a message about this appeal. He never called back. I bought 4 cars there in the past 2 1/2 years. You can guarantee I will be going other places for my auto needs. More

I took my Ram 1500 there to replace two damaged tires. I had driven the truck just 200 miles before the tires were damaged. The service representative became upset because I did not want to do a wheel ali I had driven the truck just 200 miles before the tires were damaged. The service representative became upset because I did not want to do a wheel alignment. I told the service representative I was in a hurry but they took from 8:30 to 11:15 to replace the two tires. When I complained about the long wait I was just asked to leave the area were I was stading watching the mechanic working on the truck while on the cellphone taking longer than needed. To make matters worse I picked up the truck and later found out the mechanic forgot to install the center caps of the front wheels. I called and spoke to S.R Ali and he said he was going to find out where they were and call me back next day. He never did, I had to drive back to the dealership and explained everything to another associate who was kind enough to find the caps and place them back on the wheels. More
The service was fine and Allan got me out as quickly as possible. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is he said this wasn't covered under 3 years or 36,000 bumper to bumper.
