Kevin was great to deal with. My only complaint is that my car gets stuck in park and it doesn’t turn on my radio and air conditioner and it’s an electrical problem so I was told to wait till it happens again it’s happened twice and I literally have to follow a video to get it to start it’s a brand new Jeep I pay almost $1,000 a month and never no if I’m going to get stuck somewhere so it’s very uncomfortable driving this truck knowing it’ll be stuck in park and not move unless I take off back panel and plug out a tiny tan wait 5 minutes and put it back in and then try hard to put panel back in without breaking it. So it’s ridiculous I have to have 2 screwdrivers at all times worrying when it’ll happen again it’s horrible!

Service took 2 weeks to get an appointment and order a part. Dropped my jeep off on a Wednesday, i called them on Thursday and was told the work was finished but they needed to blow air out of the lines. More
