The service was fine and Allan got me out as quickly as possible. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is he said this wasn't covered under 3 years or 36,000 bumper to bumper. I took my Ram 1500 there to replace two damaged tires. I had driven the truck just 200 miles before the tires were damaged. The service representative became upset because I did not want to do a wheel ali I had driven the truck just 200 miles before the tires were damaged. The service representative became upset because I did not want to do a wheel alignment. I told the service representative I was in a hurry but they took from 8:30 to 11:15 to replace the two tires. When I complained about the long wait I was just asked to leave the area were I was stading watching the mechanic working on the truck while on the cellphone taking longer than needed. To make matters worse I picked up the truck and later found out the mechanic forgot to install the center caps of the front wheels. I called and spoke to S.R Ali and he said he was going to find out where they were and call me back next day. He never did, I had to drive back to the dealership and explained everything to another associate who was kind enough to find the caps and place them back on the wheels. More

I have not brought my Wrangler in for any issues in the almost 3 years I have had the vehicle. When the sun visor broke and was blocking my vision it needed replacement. My car's warranty expired on Septem almost 3 years I have had the vehicle. When the sun visor broke and was blocking my vision it needed replacement. My car's warranty expired on September 30th. I called on the 25th to get an appointment to have it fixed/replaced. The woman on the phone said she could not get me in until October 4th. I asked her if the service would be under waranty since it was not my fault they have no appointments and I am calling prior to the expiration of my warranty. She said it would not, but I could call other locations to see if they had an opening before the 30th. I told her I was a good customer, had bought/leased 3 vehicles in the past 3 years from the dealership and she pretty much didn't care. So, I called Yonkers location and told the gentleman the story and he asked me where I bought the car. I told him Nanuet. He told me to call back and ask for a manager. Even he said that was not right, they should write up the ticket before the 30th even if they couldn't get the appointment in. So, I called and spoke to the same woman who answered the phone the first time and she told me she WAS the manager and the dealerships are privately owned and maybe they do that in Yonkers but they don't in Nanuet. Basically, Nanuet's policies need improving and Yonkers values customers. I will be leasing all my future vehicles from THAT dealership. I had to make several phone calls to dealership managers to get them to see the car to find out that the sunvisor was NOT under warranty and it cost OVER $300 for me to fix More
