Went for a 20,000 oil change & basic check up. Vic was great and hit all of the points regarding what customer service is about. He was friendly, present, knowledgeable , efficient, and thorough Vic was great and hit all of the points regarding what customer service is about. He was friendly, present, knowledgeable , efficient, and thorough. I waited for my car in the cool newly renovated waiting room and truthfully it did not seem like much time at all.
