Got my car back in a timely fashion after bringing it in to be repaired. They were very flexible with my schedule when the parts came in for it. They were very nice to me, but didn't solve my problem. I also didn't get loaner from them, I had to go to a rental company and pay lot of money for taxi's which wasn't very convenient. Very disappointed! I bought the car certified less than a year ago and the radio has never worked right since the day I bought it. I got the full warranty and they still wanted $1000 to replace the radio. I have three kids that are very busy and haven’t been able to give my car up, so that’s why it took me a while to get back. It’s obvious I did nothing to the radio to cause this. If you certify a vehicle, it should have been replaced free of charge. More
