I brought the car in at the end of last year to repair some wiring and to replace a sensor. A week after that I had an issues with the battery light going on and off. I thought replacing the battery mig some wiring and to replace a sensor. A week after that I had an issues with the battery light going on and off. I thought replacing the battery might solve the problem. It did not. I got back to the dealer when I could, considering they had the car for 3 weeks and I need to get places. I brought it back and of course they wouldn't say it was anything they did. So they "diagnosed" it and said it was either the alternator or the PCM. I asked if there was a way to tell which part it was, so I am not wasting money I don't have. They said no. They already had the car for a week, and I needed it back to get around. So, we ordered an alternator, which I paid for, and I was supposed to get a call when it came in to schedule the install. It's been about 2 months now, going on 3, and even though I have left messages and had a friend leave messages, I have heard nothing back from them. What do you call someone who takes your money and give you nothing in return? More

I pulled up for my appointment and was immediately directed to Allen, the service advisor and was checked in right away. I was called when the servicing was done, picked the car up and was out in minu directed to Allen, the service advisor and was checked in right away.
