I'm not accustomed to making an appt a month in advance and then on appt day, the service dept requests I leave my vehicle for a few days until they can get to it. What is the point of the appt then? I am told they are not short staffed but apparently you are if every customer has to leave their vehicle for a few days. Also, not one single person in the service dept called me back when I requested it. Not the service advisor nor the service manager. You literally have to go in person and track down your advisor to get any news about your vehicle. If this is the future of dealership service departments, I'm afraid we are all doomed! More
