I'm not accustomed to making an appt a month in advance and then on appt day, the service dept requests I leave my vehicle for a few days until they can get to it. What is the point of the appt then? I am told they are not short staffed but apparently you are if every customer has to leave their vehicle for a few days. Also, not one single person in the service dept called me back when I requested it. Not the service advisor nor the service manager. You literally have to go in person and track down your advisor to get any news about your vehicle. If this is the future of dealership service departments, I'm afraid we are all doomed! More

Brought my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica into the deal cause it was scheduled to have the paint on the hood fixed. It was Scheduled a month in advance. Adviser said it would take a week. I dropped the van of 7:30a was scheduled to have the paint on the hood fixed. It was Scheduled a month in advance. Adviser said it would take a week. I dropped the van of 7:30am Monday morning… emailed and called Wednesday no response get email say the van was next in line…. Next in line????? 4 days and my issue that would take a week to resolve wasn’t even at the body shop. I use the van for business so I lost a week of jobs and the van wasn’t done. Picked the van up Saturday afternoon with the van not repaired. Very pour service. More
