Brought my Jeep in for service and to check a possible transmission issue at 750AM. I was told by the end of the day. I called 13 times during the day for a status check. Left a calm message if there was transmission issue at 750AM. I was told by the end of the day. I called 13 times during the day for a status check. Left a calm message if there was an issue please let me know. Final call at 530PM and was advised no determination on transmission issue. When I explained I needed my vehicle to take older relatives to a graduation the following day, I was offered a loaner. I still wasn't told of my vehicle's status. I received my vehicle back the following day with a no transmission problem verdict. I have been dealing with this dealership for 7 Jeep leases and this was my most unpleasant and frustrating experiences. More
